60 Days Returns Policy (Change of Heart)

Soundsmusical.com offer a 60 day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product you may return it to us in its original condition, unopened and seals unbroken within 60 days of the date that you received the item and we will process a full refund of the price you paid for the item less carriage costs if applicable. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, or faulty.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Pricing Errors on the Website

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices on the web site but there is always a risk of human error. In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Soundsmusical.com will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price and any orders received will be deemed as offers to buy and not acceptance of any offer to sell.

We reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. All sizes are approximate. Colours shown on the site are intended as a guide only.



16. Change of Delivery Address.

If you need to change your delivery address then please send an email to: admin@soundsmusical.com We will only accept the amendment once we have confirmed by return email.



17. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock at our warehouse or our supplier&sq&s warehouse and it is estimated that we will be unable to fulfil your order within 14 days, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply goods that are out of stock, or guarantee that they will be at the same price as displayed on the web site.



18. Tax Changes

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included.

We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.



19. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use Verisign secure for online security.



20. Guarantee

All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If any item is found to be faulty, contact customer service and we will be happy to correct the faulty part or send a replacement without charge. Upon receipt of goods, please follow carefully the instructions for assembly and advice on how to care for products.

Depravity of the weather: the products sold on this web site are for indoor use. We exclude damage caused (to the product or by the product) following the actions of the weather (wind, rain, snow and sun).



21. Privacy Policy

Soundsmusical.com do not disclose buyers&sq& information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.



22. Cancellations

22.1 Cancellations are only accepted if you comply with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. Carriage charges may apply if you cancel your order after it has been despatched.

22.2 All cancellations must be made in writing. The easiest way is to send an email to admin@soundsmusical.com with your reasons for cancelling.

Cancelling Non Stock and Special Order Items

22.3 Items that are out of stock at the time you place your order are classed as non stock items. These items are special orders and are displayed as "usually ships 7-14 days" on the main product description page. A cancellation of a non stock item can only be accepted if we are unable to despatch this to you within the 14 day quoted period. The 14 day period starts from the the next working day after the order date.

If a non stock item is likely to take longer than 14 days then we will let you know as soon as possible. An item that is estimated to take more than 14 days can be cancelled at any time and a full refund issued immediately.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances we may allow a non stock item to be cancelled within 14 days of the order date. In this case an administration fee of 10% of the sale price may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.



Deposits/Full Payment

Full payments are taken the moment you submit your credit card details. If you are ordering by telephone then you may leave a 10% deposit if you wish. For shop or telephone orders, balances due will be debited the night before delivery from the original card given for your deposit or when the item comes into stock in our warehouse, whichever comes first (unless otherwise stated).



Invoice Receipt/Warranty

Your invoice receipt is emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please note that your electronic invoice is your warranty, so it is imperative that you keep this in a safe place. You can also print a receipt for all purchases in "Your Account" which is located at the top of every page.

In the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty, please contact Soundsmusical.com at your earliest convenience. For items that are covered by an &sq&on-site&sq& warranty we will arrange for a service technician to visit you. Please be 100% sure that there is a fault with your product before we arrange for a technician to visit. You might be billed for a call out charge if the technician can&sq&t find a fault.

Soundsmusical.com do not disclose buyers&sq& information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.



22. Cancellations

22.1 Cancellations are only accepted if you comply with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. Carriage charges may apply if you cancel your order after it has been despatched.

22.2 All cancellations must be made in writing. The easiest way is to send an email to admin@soundsmusical.com with your reasons for cancelling.

Cancelling Non Stock and Special Order Items

22.3 Items that are out of stock at the time you place your order are classed as non stock items. These items are special orders and are displayed as "usually ships 7-14 days" on the main product description page. A cancellation of a non stock item can only be accepted if we are unable to despatch this to you within the 14 day quoted period. The 14 day period starts from the the next working day after the order date.

If a non stock item is likely to take longer than 14 days then we will let you know as soon as possible. An item that is estimated to take more than 14 days can be cancelled at any time and a full refund issued immediately.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances we may allow a non stock item to be cancelled within 14 days of the order date. In this case an administration fee of 10% of the sale price may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.



Deposits/Full Payment

Full payments are taken the moment you submit your credit card details. If you are ordering by telephone then you may leave a 10% deposit if you wish. For shop or telephone orders, balances due will be debited the night before delivery from the original card given for your deposit or when the item comes into stock in our warehouse, whichever comes first (unless otherwise stated).



Invoice Receipt/Warranty

Your invoice receipt is emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please note that your electronic invoice is your warranty, so it is imperative that you keep this in a safe place. You can also print a receipt for all purchases in "Your Account" which is located at the top of every page.

In the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty, please contact Soundsmusical.com at your earliest convenience. For items that are covered by an &sq&on-site&sq& warranty we will arrange for a service technician to visit you.
